I am Milad Heidari, holding a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and Communications from Zanjan University.
During my university years, I founded a company in the IT field and worked with my colleagues in both passive and active computer networking. After graduation, I moved the company to Tehran, where I expanded our activities by importing and selling network equipment and CCTV systems under our own brand.
After about four years, due to financial constraints, I dissolved the company and shifted to working as an employee. I restarted my desktop support career, and after two years, I was promoted to the position of Network and IT Manager. Later, I moved into system administration, where I was introduced to the world of open-source technologies and developed a strong passion for it.
Around three years ago, I transitioned into the DevOps field and have since gained extensive experience, eventually serving as the technical lead of the DevOps team. During my time at Zarinpal, I fully operationalized the company’s CDN and significantly improved the processes and infrastructure related to the DevOps team.
In parallel with DevOps, I have also expanded my expertise into AI engineering, MLOps, and automation of intelligent AI agents. I have hands-on experience building and orchestrating LLM-powered agents, integrating them with internal systems and workflows, and automating complex operational, data-driven, and business processes using modern AI frameworks and toolchains.
I am skilled with Kubernetes for orchestration; Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, PMM, and Zabbix for monitoring; Terraform, Ansible, and Helm for automation; GitLab and Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines; Nginx and Apache web servers; and scripting with Bash and Python. I also design creative, scalable architectures to solve technical challenges and align platform capabilities with business goals.
